We are based in Vienna with our headquarters at Am Hof 6a in Vienna’s first district. You will also find us elsewhere in Vienna at Westbahnhof, Europaplatz 2 and Erdberger Lände 26a in Vienna’s third district. Other VERBUND office locations are in Peggau (Styria), Villach (Carinthia) and Schwarzach (Salzburg), as well as in Töging am Inn and Simbach in Bavaria.
Our sales offices are located at our sites in Munich and Düsseldorf.
As the control body, the VERBUND lower Danube power plant group is firmly in control of the reins for our power plant systems: Security. Servicing. Maintenance. Maintaining and securing our plants is the guarantee of VERBUND’s success. As the Kaprun/Salzach power plant group, we are responsible for all power plants within Salzburg and are close at hand in case of emergencies. Together, we are redesigning the transition to clean energy and are already working diligently today for the energy of tomorrow.
Within the 610-square-kilometre catchment, around 100 employees are using all their energy to ensure the electricity supply in the Zillertal Valley. Power is not only found in our power plants, but in every employee. Let’s move forward together.

The VERBUND Inn River power plant group ensures a supra-regional energy supply. It coordinates and oversees 13 run-of-river power plants along the Inn River in Bavaria. VERBUND Green Power is the energy bundle at VERBUND across Germany and is responsible for expanding renewable energy through a wide variety of activities.
