The VERBUND trainee programme gives Florian Pazour the opportunity to gain initial experience in various areas of the Group in three phases. This allows him to work in different fields of activity without having to jump straight in and decide on an area immediately. Another major advantage is that the phases can be selected by him, allowing the path to be designed to suit him. Florian Pazour has also learnt a lot from his colleagues and now has a much clearer idea of how he would like to organise his professional career in the future.”
